Communication was clear throughout the process, the timeline was exactly what they said it would be, and the quality of the repair was excellent. My car looks brand new. Ron, the owner, was truly exceptional. He was constantly following up, keeping me in the loop, and responding to calls/texts within minutes every time. I swear this man doesn’t sleep. I came in to get my wheel liners fixed and ended up finding out my whole bumper needed to be replaced because it was ripped 🫠 Before coming here, I actually went to a different mechanic who gave me a quote that felt way overpriced and honestly made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. There wasn’t much explanation — just a big number and pressure to move forward. Long story short, Scott was the complete opposite. He walked me through everything, explained the damage clearly, and broke down the pricing so I understood exactly what I was paying for. He was incredibly considerate while I was working through the numbers with him and never once made me feel pressured. I went back the following week to replace my brake pads, and again, he was super understanding about my budget.
